的 preservation of evidence in incidents of sexual assault is critical to potential criminal prosecution and to obtaining restraining orders, and particularly time-sensitive. 的 Recipient will inform the Complainant of the importance of preserving evidence 采取以下行动:

Members of the University community who believe they have experienced sexual misconduct have the right to choose whether or not to report the incident to law enforcement and/or pursue a sexual misconduct complaint with the University.
